First, a bit about myself. I am a 21 yearold male residing in the rural-urban fringe of Maryland. I'm currently a student at Cecil College, dual-majoring in Visual Communications and 3D Simulation. Once I get my AAs, I plan to attend University of Baltimore for Simulation and Digital Entertainment. I work part time for a wedding/event catering hall and my job duties span from waiting and bussing to, more recently, bartending.
On March 9th of 2010 I underwent Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass. After nearing my weightloss goals so quickly, I decided to go under the knife once more to remove excess, loose skin that was a result of losing such a large amount of weight so rapidly. On December 22nd of 2010, just nine and a half months after my initial surgery, I underwent abdominoplasty, fleur de lis, gynecomastia and minor liposuction of my flanks/sides. Super-snazzy hand-drawn MSPaint pictures of what those are exactly are below!
This blog is intended to document my journey from 355 lbs to a more normal weight. As I am currently within two pounds of my pre-surgical goal weight of 200 lbs, 'fresh content' updates will show the healing process of the skin-removal surgeries that I underwent recently.
